Any donations made to the trust will not be exempt from Income tax under any section of the Income tax act. The trust is a religious organisation and seeks donations for the welfare of its community members, but does not provide any tax exemption.
- Indian Citizen
The trust seeks donations / actions only from Indian Citizens, any payments made through the payment gateway from any international account will automatically be blocked. By submitting any form or donating any amount you accept that you are a Citizen of India and will abide by all the local regulations before making such donation. You are solely responsible if you continue to make a transaction despite being explicitly notified that donations are only accepted from Indian Citizens
- Severability
