Three masjids, each with its own office, and the miqaat the jamaat keeps.

The Hijri day begins at Maghrib. A miqaat marked raat is kept on the evening before its date, after Maghrib; the others on the day itself. Dates follow the Misri calendar, and each masjid's office can tell you when its majlis begins.
